“Without the people there is no lab…” – Gil Grissom CSI Las Vegas
Isn’t it great to know that there is still a person like him who don’t think only of himself but also the people around him who helps him do the job and solve the cases in front of them? There are a lot of company/organization which only thinks about what they will have and not the people who help then achieve those things.
Lets take a company around as an example. There are owners who only thinks about their clients and their payments but not the people who works with them. As what Grissam just said without the people there is no laboratory or for this example there is no company. How will your company achieve success if you do not take care of your own employees. They might not value their work and your company which might result with a lot of pending works, rejected works, irate clients and soon the fall of their company.
Didn’t they think of the consequences of the things they are doing? Or they are really only after the conversion of the works of their people? Isn’t it unfair for their “loyal” people not to receive what they are entitled of? Soon their people will get tired of their management and gradually their efficient employees will take their backs off them. Finding other company which will see their worth.
Didn’t they know the effects of those things they were doing to some of their employees? The psychological effects of those things they are saying as “rules”? It isn’t bad to have rules as each company does but are those rules good for people? Do you create those rules for the best of your employees and company or just you and your company alone? Think of your people not of yourself alone. Don’t be selfish. Don’t be childish. Work isn’t a game. People are not toys for you to play on. They do have minds to think, emotions to feel, and decision to do what they think is right for them.
